M.D. BUENDIA CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING SERVICES (MDBCES) began its operation in June 1998. They first focused on Specialty Construction Services, MDB-Specialty Construction Division (MDB-SCD) like waterproofing, structural concrete repair (cracks, honeycombs, spalled concrete), Pressurized Epoxy Injection, Acid Proofing, Tank Lining, and other related works.  After a year of operation, it began venturing on civil works, thus creating a new branch of service, MDB-Civil Works Division (MDB-CWD) which handled the residential housing construction/renovation projects, pawnshop branches construction, space planning, interior design, commercial building construction, and other civil work projects. Offering free estimates with reasonable deals, high-quality materials, and dedicated services, MDBCES wants to see valued client’s investments yield with great returns for the years to come.
