Astranniquin Corporation is the former WPR Realty & Management Corporation incorporated in August 1985.

The company was primarily engaged in building, selling, and leasing townhouses in Quezon City (especially Fairview). It also sells and leases houses in Magallanes Village, Dasmari�as Village, and Ecology Village, all in Makati. The company is also affiliated with Clark Manor Residential Estate in Mabalacat City, Pampanga; South Spring Residential Estate Bi�an, Laguna; and Althea Residences also in Bi�an, Laguna.
